Insant buy if this had the 4 gain stages controllable by midi that your other pedals have.

I use the chorus mostly on my synths with no effects. but it sounds juicy and lush on the guitars too.

Great video! Why did the RUclips Algorithm take so long to suggest this one to me??? It has been painful to watch the demand dwindle for quality tube amps. My whole channel is dedicated to those who still prefer hand-built tube amps. The sound quality of the digital stuff is getting close, but the feeling isn't the same as playing a real tube amp through a real cabinet. I've tried just about every digital amp product, and it always feels like a job for me - not inspiring at all. The end product (recording) might be great, but I don't look forward to the tracking. Let me say that again: I don't look forward to playing guitar (if I have to use digital amps)! On the bright side, Jackson Audio makes absolutely wonderful pedals. The Twin Twelve and Golden Boy are two of my favorite pedals. Hopefully I get a chance to play through a Jackson Ampworks amp one of these days!

I just buy s/hand amp Atlantic 4. So I play good 2 hr in guitar shop if you for more then hour , must be good . I love amp but that my dreams gig small Pedalboard set up with gig rig g2 fx and over drive wet/dry rig . This video may be old news, but I wanted to express sincere thanks for putting this out into the world. I'm just getting started on a DIY effects-and-controllers journey, and I am really hoping to build some kind of digitally controlled analog effects unit. The ideas and basic info here are gold for me right now, having also recently started to explore Pure Data for DSP and MIDI as well as microprocessor and microcontroller possibilities (e.g., Daisy Seed, Teensy, Raspberry Pi). That's all been good learning, but this feels like a real breakthrough regarding something I am keenly interested in that has been difficult to find plain-language practical information about. Digital controls and presets for otherwise analog circuits. Yeah. Very cool. Exactly what I've had in mind. Now I know it can be done, and I have a solid starting point for experimentation. Where can I find that funky backing track?

This pedal basically replaced all my drive pedals if I am running into a tube amp. It just so good and controllable while still remaining simple. You get to keep most of the dynamic. The controls are well thought out. There are other great boosts, but this one also has the advantage of being versatile.

I think the time is right. In the age of the Kernom Ridge and the CB Brothers people want a small, flexible overdrive with presets more than ever. If this existed it would be right to the top of my list. Flexibility in a small format is still hard to find and there are so few preset based overdrives like this.

UPDATE: In case anyone else has this issue the OD1 Tone control wasn't working - stuck on 0. I opened it up again and found the 'plug in' circuit for OD1 wasn't seated all the way - unplugged and re-seated it and now it works perfectly and sounds great! I just got one in to try and find OD1 SUPER dark while OD2 is almost like tiny radio speaker bright. I didn't see any trimpots inside. If I run OD2 with tone at 0 and OD1 with tone at max it still sounds muffled and dark if I use them together. I feel like something is wrong here - Klons usually blend in clean at low gain settings allowing that top end through, I can't see any way to use these in a two channel configuration as they are. I can use the EQ to make the stacked sound better, but they still sound miles apart in tone individually, what am I missing here? OD2 sounds paper thin next to OD1. Is the point not to use OD2 by itself? If I use OD2 as a base OD1 just changes the tone way too much, doesn't seem like the order can change either and it seems like the Klon is second.

My Choralflange is the first pedal I owned where I said "that sound is beautiful". I haven't really said it since that I remember. I really was blown away by that pedal. I have 3 other Fulltone pedals and they are all really great.

What are the attack speeds of the series compressors in slide mode?

I love that the fuzz pedal Is more simple because it's friendly, But some players love Jackson audio for the complexity in some pedals, Well, if you could figure out how to put the different circuits in the fuzz, without the potential issues, maybe similar to how the drive pedals have different clipping options, then yeah you could add MIDI control as a version 2 If you were prototyping it then that just means there was a fun idea in the works I've struggled with my MIDI board and the fuzz being not MIDI, I have Jackson audio all over my board, My bloom, new wave, and broken arrow have MIDI, but my prism and Fuzz don't.. And that leaves me with two pedals I can't access with my MIDI controller, I'm one of the types of players who prefers my gain stages in my controller so all my gain options are in one singular six-button pedal, (a second bank for wet effects) You could always release a "V2" fuzz pedal that has those midi compatible functions, it would cost more than three v1 but people also wouldnt have to swap circuits And you can always do a v3 for a second route of expanding the first model...

I love the pedal. The way that I use mine is that I have a carvin v3 which on it's own can sound amazing. But what I do is I run my pedal board like I normally would and last in line is this pedal which runs into the effects loop return, straight into the power amp. It's like I have a whole new amp that I dial in on this pedal, which is really simple. So I have that sound to a degree, and I can just use the master volume on the V3 as high or low as I want, it still seems to have the sound. With a rat in front of it, it's massive. Thanks. It's like I have this old amp, but I don't have to worry about beating on it.
